Just came back from watching "Zero Dark Thirty," which is a CIA psyop designed to convince USAmericans that torture is good, trying to glean ideas on how to go after terrorists that the US harbours, like Luis Posada Carriles, when it hit me: shouldn't the Venezuelan and Cuban governments be offering bounties similar to that the USG offered for Osama bin-Laden? Spread the flyers around Calle Ocho, Miami, near places like the Big FIve Club...

Cuban report? There's no link.
But yes, we need to counter neofascist U.S. propaganda like "Zero Dark Thirty"-nazi Germany's Goebbels would be so pleased with U.S gov. right now.
